Holiday Weekend

It’s 905am and I am leaving for work. No stops. I might be first to arrive. Wow. And, the holiday is Monday which is my birthday, in case you asked. It’s my birthday if you didn’t ask.

Everything is done. I left. Since I had time, I stopped for coffee. Which took a few. Made a couple calls while I was waiting. Answered a few texts. Michael has an interview today and another tomorrow, it turns out. Marika is not responding to my text messages. Maybe later.

Off to work in my fun to drive car. At high speed. Which is how you drive it. I made it by 10. There were two cops on the way, so I had to slow up.

Work was work. It just never changes. I did a lot. Could not tell you what, specifically. But I did a lot of work. I remember that part. I am good at a lot of work. The work lasted all day. Yikes. I had a couple calls of import. I spoke to the title lady and Marika and I sign on Sunday night. During my party. Spoke to the phone co about my house excessive charges and the I received a provisional credit of a little over $1500. Yowza!! Maybe it will stick. I can only hope. For now.

Had a nice ride home. Halfway home Emily called. Seems a parent in her class made us Chile rellenos. Yummy. And they were. I stopped at the carniceria and picked up more food in order to balance out the meal.

When I got home we ate right away. Guess both of us were hungry. The rellenos were incredibly good. They also saved me $50 since we did not go out to dinner like we usually do. What an awesome meal.

We now sit and stare at the bad TV. Bad because that’s what we watch. And I hate TV. Anyhow, that’s it. Sorry to shortchange everyone but some days just aren’t worth writing about.
